Our Story

Our journey began right here in this amazing community, and it’s this sense of belonging and unity that drives us every day.

One of our founding director's, Paul De Lio, a Scarborough native and passionate advocate for our community, was tired of seeing Scarborough's talent move abroad, together with founding partner Daniel Mendez, decided to put a stamp on Scarborough Football by being the only academy to have Scarborough represented proudly in its name.

Founded in 2019, The SA has swiftly established itself as a premier destination for developing footballers, Our mission is to develop young players to play football the most challenging way possible! Possession!
